Step 1:
Customers – Customers can request information about products, availability, delivery times, prices and payment methods in writing or by telephone.
Step 2
Sales staff - Review customer requests with policies on price, payment, debt, production capacity and delivery time.
Contact customer to request additional information needed for review. You can contact the factory for information about production capabilities.
For new customers or new product requests, prepare a quote.
For regular customers/old products: apply price policy to customers.
Step 3:
Customers – Based on feedback from the company, consider the possibility of placing an order/signing a contract.
If the customer agrees: make an order/sign a contract.
Confirm material, style, and printing color (if any). In some cases where membrane precision is required, the customer will approve it at the factory.
Step 4:
Sales staff - Check order information. Start production according to customer's request.
Check delivery date, track delivery progress.
Shipping goods to customer's address.
